I just want to say how sorry I am that you have lost your beautiful boy Buddy - Just Shameless. I was shocked when I heard the news. The 1st time I went to your website and saw his photos I can honestly say they brought tears to my eyes. Ethereal. There is a kindness and sense of presence about him I have rarely seen. I wanted to breed with him last year and emailed you about this but did not follow-up as other things intervened. My loss also....I hope that time will heal your pain but never take away the memory of him. He was a truly magnificent horse. May he rest in peace.

My thoughts are with you following the loss of Buddy. Though i didnt lose Ace like you did Buddy, i feel your loss. my heart goes out to you - i know how your dreams and plans rested on him as mine did on Ace and for whatever reason these dreams can be taken away. i had the pleasure of seeing Buddy in the flesh a few times and have a home video of him in his natural state with Kath which i treasure. we have 2 of his daugthers her as well and a ripper colt by Awestriker out of a Shameless mare. my heart breaks for you at your loss, its sad when dreams just go out the window. xxxxxx

I have just heard the very sad news about Just Shameless passing and I would like to offer you my heartfelt condolences. He was a magnificent stallion and although I was not involved with horses for very long he was one that truly stood out and will always be remembered. Best Wishes for the future ... Ron

I was so sorry to hear your devastating news :!cry:

I had no idea he had been unwell and was very sad that I never got to meet him as everything that you and Kath said about him made him sound like he was indeed a very real treasure, not just in bloodlines but in personality too.
I know nothing can be said to ease your pain at this time but know that there are those of us out here who feel for your loss and will hopefully help you share your burden of grief, I hope that he has worthy offspring to carry on his legacy and that they can give you some joy in the future.
